Products eligible for a credit note must be returned in their original condition, unused, and without any signs of installation or wear. Products that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for a credit note.
1.3 Compatibility Issues
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the parts purchased are compatible with their vehicle. No credit note will be issued for products returned due to compatibility issues.
2. Process for Requesting a Credit Note

To initiate a return and request a credit note, please contact us at info@gr8dealsautospares.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (such as photos of the product).
2.2 Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure the item is securely packed and returned to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Credit Note Terms
3.1 Issuance of Credit Note
Once your return is processed and the product is verified to be in its original condition, we will issue a credit note for the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).
3.2 Use of Credit Note
The credit note can be used to purchase other products from our website. It is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.3 No Cash Refunds
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Credit notes are the only form of reimbursement for eligible returns.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or credit notes:
